Return policy
Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
- All shipping costs and fees are prepaid by the customer
- Copy of the original invoice with the requested RMA number included
- Clear description of the reason of return
- Products must be in original packaging and in same condition as when shipped.
- Returned goods not meeting these demands will not be accepted!
Incorrect ordered goods
When goods are ordered incorrectly, these may be returned for refund within 6 days of purchase. These goods must be returned in the original, sealed and undamaged packaging and may not be returned with additional stickers, tape or addresses. An administration fee of € 20,00 is charged for the refund of incorrectly ordered goods. After 6 days, returns are no longer possible, NO exceptions.
How to return your order

- Fill out the online RMA form
Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by filling out the online form found in the account section, or by contacting us by phone (+31207986654) - Pack your item properly
Place your item back into the original packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. - Ship your item with return label
Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you to ship via insured service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Eligibility Conditions
Everet Imaging reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material and accessories. Everet Imaging can only refund the original purchase price.
