All prices are net prices ex. VAT. All prices are with reservation and subject to change without notice.
All orders are charged when you click “Place Order”. All transactions on our website are calculated in Euro (€). Please review your financial institution’s policies when making purchases in € as there may be extra charges incurred from the transaction. In the unfortunate event that a credit will need to be issued it also will be calculated in €. Return currency conversion will also be calculated at the current currency price and may cause a change from the original local currency paid.
What payment methods do you accept?
Everet Imaging offers his customers depending on the order and with the exception of certain products and total purchase amount, the following payment methods via Mollie secure Payment Services:
- Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard en American Express)
You can safely fill in your creditcard details through our highly secured SSL security procedure and we shall make sure that we complete the transaction in good order with your creditcard organisation. - Apple Pay
Pay with your apple device - iDEAL
This payment method is only available for customers with a Dutch debit card and card reader. When you choose for this payment method you shall be redirected to a safe payment environment of your own bank where you can complete the transaction under strict security policies of your bank. - Belfius, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24, KBC/CBC, Klarna Pay now.
- SEPA direct Bank/Wire Transfer
Available to 34 countries. If your country is a SEPA-country we offer you the possibility to pay by SEPA bank transfer during the checkout process. If your country is not part of the SEPA alliance, then you can send us your shipping address and the concerning product by mail to: info@everetimaging.com. We shall send you a proforma invoice. After we have received your payment we shall ship the ordered goods of which you will also get a track & trace number. -
Postpay (Payment afterwards) / Enterprise Purchasing
This option is available for EU commercial businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations with a valid Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number, subject to approval by our staff.
Invoices and VAT
We calculate Duty VAT, Taxes, etc. in accordance with laws and import regulations of the destination country. These fees are usually based on destination (shipping adress). If you operate a business in EU and have a valid VAT ID number, you may be exempt from VAT fees.
